Rising Tensions

An investigation of ours had to be canceled because of travel restrictions to Obsidian due to the rising tensions between the Dominion and Cerberus Alliance. Much of this is due to the disappearance of the S.N.S Raven last week. The Dominion claims no knowledge, but the last reports of the Raven's location put them nearby Dominion waters. They had gone off course, and for (at least publicly) unclear reasons that put them closer to the neutral zone. As the investigation is not coming up with anything solid, accusations are being hurled and weapons are being readied, so we for the time being are sidelined far as Obsidian goes.

The tension in the Two Continents is certainly alarming to say the least. The Blue Legion and Pirates clash on the Break, families and provinces war in the Cheyenne Territories, Osiri and Nibiru are always on the brink of war. Valhalla is dealing with warring houses, and the Dominion has tensions with nearly half the nations, and probably has a military that can take them if it comes down to it. The Esra are dealing with terrorism from the outside, and it's causing them to become increasingly hostile to the outside world. It feels like we are sitting on a giant powder keg, and everyone has a match.

I just hope that reason can come over people, but there are too many variables and issues, and too few chances of them being resolved peacefully. I hold hope though because the last thing this world needs is more chaos erupting.
